Huge parking lots, surfboard rental, surf school, bar and beach restaurant on the beach. Ideal spot for beginners. Big enough beach for everyone, although it's usually pretty decently crowded with surfers. Photos

The beach is mostly full of survers. Ideal spot for all levels of surfing from beginner to expert. The downside is the rather small parking lot. With a 6m caravan, we were quite a hassle to park.

Beach break beach suitable for beginners. Above the beach there is a huge parking lot where you can park your 12m long motorhome. Which is quite a rarity.

A long beach that is separated by the village of Baleal. Surfing is possible on both the southern and northern part. Depending on conditions and wind.

Perfect beach for learning to surf. Sandy bottom. Surprisingly it was also quite warm, even the water was about half a degree warmer than elsewhere.

A place for longboarding along the river Seine. Definitely go there, have a drink and watch the longboarders. People ride there every day, the big session is still on Sundays.
