Quite a seriously nice train station. It's right in the centre, so go check it out while you're sipping port wine. The trains go to the station through the tunnel under the city. The tunnel was built in the 19th century. Photos

The beach is mostly full of survers. Ideal spot for all levels of surfing from beginner to expert. The downside is the rather small parking lot. With a 6m caravan, we were quite a hassle to park.

I'd say it was one of the better restaurants we've been to in Portuguese towns. If you're in the mood for a fish, I highly recommend it. We were there for dinner with our neighbors from the trailer next door.

Have a little snack. Fried potato and cod pie with port wine. It's pretty good. We've been really wandering around downtown without any destination. They have a pretty nice old train station otherwise.
