The exquisite Notre-Dame Cathedral, dating back to the 13th century, endured significant damage during World War I but was impeccably restored, establishing itself as one of France’s most stunning Gothic churches. Despite its construction spanning over a century, this architectural marvel maintains an extraordinary sense of stylistic cohesion. Its harmonious facade adorned with elegant and evocative statues, finely restored 13th-century stained-glass windows, and a treasury of reliquaries all contribute to its allure.

The Saint-Rémi Basilica and Abbey, whose construction began in the 11th century, also suffered World War I damage, but its interior, featuring a slender nave, an early Gothic choir, and 12th-century windows, remains remarkably captivating.
